Sorry i took so long to post pics of of the wall. The new wall sits were the brick sat on the old foundation and the new foundation has 4 inches of block on the inside of the garage. these pics are the inside and outside.

IT doesn't have one. The power button is a foot switch. You just let off the foot switch the drill stops almost immediately. Switch gears and press the foot switch again. The ****** has no synchromesh.
