I bought a 25yo house that has a 2 car garage with lots of oil stains, some chips & cracks. I would like to make the floor look nicer, but don't want to spend alot of money or time. I think that leaves me with latex acrylic paint? Or leaving it as is? Any recommendations for specific paints...
