Any decent 7" for $75 is a steal.

Perfect condition doesn't happen much but the two Reeds I have are pretty good... no functional problems on either. One's a round nose with patent, so 73-78 years old. It has a little rust but nothing serious, no cracks/welds etc.

I think it's a relatively small vise, 3.5" or so. I saw one listed here for $35 I think, considered buying it but had trouble with his schedule.

Sadly, I imagine quite a few old vises have been scrapped. I'm a little surprised at it happening now, given how low scrap is... I'm seeing 2.5 cents/lb so he got $5 for it.

Found a couple tiny little vises at my aunt's. Sadly I assume China. Quarter for scale. Also I picked up another vise today... need to figure out where to put it (and the Reed 106).
