Where are you folks finding the 3pc organizer boxes. I cruised through the local HD last week and couldn't find them. I really wouldn't mind picking up a couple at this price.
I took advantage of the promotion to pick up a few replacement handles and a few replacemnt non marking heads. Since, no on around me carries these items in store. This was an perfect opportunity for me grab them at a discount and a free shipping.
I got a set of these from eBay. Got them fast, well packaged, and they were just like wrenchslinger had posted. A Polisher would probably have a problem witht them, but Seeing as I plan on using them as a wrench and not jewelry they are perfect for me. Especially at the price they are...
Saw the PB Blaster 20% more cans at my local Lowes yesterday. They were near the garage door stuff in one of those displays that sits in the middle of the aisle. I was also able to pick up one of the 4pc Mechanics sets with the flex ratchet. I left a few on the shelf. If they drop any lower...
Just replaced fake stucco with Hardy Plank. I had OSB on the framing, then the tyvek house wrap, then a layer of 3/4" blue foam insulation and the hardi plank to finish it off.
The Lowes near me has them at that price too. I thought it was a mistake at first. Especially since the Skill and the Bosch units are at least $100 more.
I had the pleasure of racing a Mitsu Galant V-4 several time at the dragstrip. It was a fairly even race for my, at the time, Acura TL type-S. Event though the Galant was probably 10 years older.
What would be a good price to pay for one of these? I saw one some what local to me and have been wanting a floor standing DP. It us unrestored of course, but appears to have been taken care of. Any general rule of thumb as to what they are going for and what are some problematic things to look...
At the time i was using Bakodo, it has Amazon as one of the site it pulls from in it's web results. I also have Red Laser, Shop Savy, and one just called Scan (scans all kind of bar code formats).
Stoped by Lowe's today. Walking through the tool section I noticed that the Made in England Stanley Fat Max Chisels weren't in thier normal spot. They had been relocated to the area where the clearance/no longer stocking items are located. I used the price scan app on my smart phone and they...
I have the thread restorer set, but in the Craftsman badging. Looks to be the same exact set. It is fine for staitening out cross threaded bolts/nuts, bolts that have gnarled up threads, and cleaning out dirt from bolts. It work much better than tring to use a nut or bolt to fix the other. I...
