yes I have talked to customer service for the part # they did not offer to replace.Thanks I will ask them to replace.

Does anyone know where I can get the bearing sets for these glides.Just purchased the chest knowing these were bad and would need replacing.I have been e-mailing a tech at accride with endless pics of the glide for I.D.They respond to my emails but with no info that is useful .Should I run down...
