Those are actually pretty solid work positioners. They were made for the lighter vises but it could be adapted to your needs. You would have to make a top plate to fit but it’s doable.

I really like that setup. The C2’s make great all around users, they can handle just about anything. Those C3’s are crazy big and are fun to use, they also look badass on the bench.

Thanks I really enjoy collecting the smaller models. I do collect the larger ones as well. These are my larger Wilton vises that I’m preserving for future generations to use and enjoy.

I saw the pics you posted the other day, very impressive. You have an awesome collection. These are my Wilton toddlers.

The very early baby bullets had the outer ring with the flat bar at the bottom. After that they went to a one piece base with the center pin. Then the outer ring with the center ring was the final design.

The early baby bullets came with a groove that the base would track on. I have around a dozen with this feature. Here‘s a Pat Pend model with the groove. The swivel locks threaded into a flat bar and it actually held pretty well.

These are my Wilton baby bullets, I’ve added quite a few since this picture was taken but you get the idea. I collect toddlers as well but they are on a different bench. i take a lot of pride in these, they weren’t easy to hunt down.

Prices have gone crazy on these and I’m in the same boat, they’re getting harder and harder to afford. I’ll post a pic of mine from last year, they’re all in as found condition.

Thanks for the reply, I was just curious. You have an awesome collection of toddlers, baby bullets and PowerArms. I collect them as well but I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum. I’m all about original paint and stickers. To each his own, whatever makes us happy I guess.
