I did to our bolt wall as it’s pretty heavy. I only did every other with metal and put colored grey strips in the others as I didn’t want the “wood” to show through as the work side of the shop we have pvc slatwall so it holds up to oils.

Looks great we have a bunch of slatwall in our shop love it. Looks to me personally better than peg board and stronger. You can also get metal slat inserts for more weight strength

Just recently used the lift to build my atv for the new season. We love them, I would like to back a different handle so we can attach and remove easy as the handle. The handle does get in the way on the one side.

We have a couple 1000lbs units for the 4x4 atvs and a bunch of 500lb units for the sport atvs they are all used close to the limit and never had an issue with them. The 500lb almost wants to lift the 4x4 atv it seems.

If you want to be fancy use PVC slatewall. We got grey color for our shop from uline. I like the look way better than peg board, wipes down easily and can still get a ton of accessories

Sorry I must not have notifications on this. The easiest way we have seen that is useful for us in harbor freight 1000lb lift carts. These are nice for us as we can wheel them around with the atvs on it to different areas...

I ended up making a couple of my own fixtures since Rottler made them wrong. I guess they had a piece of equipment someone calibrated wrong so all parts that they made where off. The did make refund us or remade them but I wanted to get a couple plates finished now so I could start making some...

So after the spindle was fixed we had another issue. We paid them to make the fixture plates made for the heads and all of them where made incorrectly. I was able to use one of them for digitizing before I made my own and had 2 fixed. Of course I broke the probe also.

So, a long time has passed. I have worked a couple 90hr weeks and now have a machine that can make some parts. I will try to go back and document some stuff that happened over the past couple months. I separated my shoulder a little over week ago so that has slowed things down.

We swapped the spindle out yesterday and started some today.
