    Drying times for epoxy (bondtite)

Thanks AG. Was posting on here so didn't keep bombarding you with emails, in case someone else had the answer in order to give ya a break from my 10000 questions, lol. Thanks again and yes, my question should be how long for it to cure. So while we are here, what are rough times for curing...

    Drying times for epoxy (bondtite)

So it is going to be about 35 degrees outside, 60ish in the garage, when I put down my Wolverine Bondtite epoxy over new VCT. Anyone able to provide times on how long I should expect for it to be dry to touch, able to walk on, able to move things back into the garage, etc? Thanks.

What kind of floor sander do I rent for VCT?

Ok, so I need to rent a floor sander to scuff up my VCT in prep for the epoxy coating. Having never used a floor sander before, not sure what I am suppose to use here. Called Home Depot (boy do they rip you off for rentals, lol) just to see my options and they have a Square Buff, a random...

Getting ready to embark on VCT / Epoxy floor project in home garage - thoughts?

So VCT went down this past weekend without major incident. Although I thought I had it lined up perfectly square, half way in, I realized that first tile must not have been. I ended up slightly off center when I hit the garage doors, but was able to easily fix by cutting a straight line across...

Getting ready to embark on VCT / Epoxy floor project in home garage - thoughts?

Hi everyone, So I am getting prepped to install VCT with epoxy over it in my home's garage. Although I have done several DIY type projects in the house, first time doing anything floor/tile related. Like many of us here, I like to become as knowledgeable as I can about the project and confirm...

Fill small holes in garage floor - pre vct install

Hi guys, My garage use to be a room, which I demo'd as soon as I moved into the house. As a result, there were some nails driven into the concrete for the old wall framing and now that they are pulled, I have some small shallow holes from where they use to be. What is best and easiest way to...

Fill concrete gap to install garage threshold?

Not electrical connections, it is actually speaker wire - so no fire potential there.

Fill concrete gap to install garage threshold?

So you recommend filling with one of the epoxy based mortars you mentioned earlier? Would I just fill it completely with that or should anything else go in the gap, like I was seeing people mentioning foam backer rods in expansion joints. Would I then be able to attach a garage threshold over...

Vct install in garage during winter?

So I have a heated garage that I want to install vct on. Think it is okay to do now even with winter coming up on us (live in ny)? Can crank the heat up in advance. Thoughts? Precautions? Thanks.

Fill concrete gap to install garage threshold?

So I have a 3" gap between my concrete driveway and concrete garage floor for expansion. It is much larger than I have seen for expansion joints. It also has some semi soft material in it, but not filling the gap. The gap lines up to where my garage door meets the floor when down. So the garage...

Gap between concrete driveway and garage floor?

I will take a pic tonight and post it. I want to clarify, this isn't a gap caused by shifting or anything like that. It is just a standard expansion gap between driveway concrete and garage slab. I would just leave it normally, except unlike other garage doors, this gap is perfectly aligned...

Gap between concrete driveway and garage floor?

So going to be installing VCT on my garage floor, thanks to the info I found on this site. I have a poured concrete drive way with about a 2" gap between that and garage floor. This gap is right where my garage door comes down and goes into. I want to get the rubber thresholds to make a...
