Pick up a plastic welder from harbor freight for $60. Don't use the rods it comes with though. Order some different sized rods and some HDPE sheets (cutting board) for gusseting on amazon. It's pretty forgiving stuff to weld. To me, it's easier than welding Poly. I have seen a bunch of...
