Looks kind of like drill press bits that have a tapered shaft. Does any part of the bit show in the hole of the adapter. If so you could use a tapered pin/spud to loosen the bit. Or you could try putting the bit in a vice and using a punch to hit the adapter off.

Received mine yesterday. Waiting for one more item to get delivered before I can send out my victim's gift.

Have two complete engine hoists and another that is just the tubing. Can confirm they take up space. However my father showed me the way to remove shrubs and small trees was with the engine hoist lol. Works suprisingly well just have to put down some boards for the rollers to spread out the load.

Look into butyl tape. We buy it in 100' rolls and use it for sealing overlaps in roof panels. I would think it could be a seal between the concrete and metal rail.
