seems like one of the major problems with this tool is that the bushing in the bottom housing comes loose and makes the tool lose power/skip. i was wondering if replacing the housing is the only way to fix this or has anyone done something else to make it work properly again?
what do you like?..pneumatic impacting ratchet (ratchet not an impact gun ) or your normal pneumatic ratchet that needs to move/swing in order to torque/loosen?
If air isnt making it past the trigger then start there, but if air makes it all the way through the tool and out the exaust then the air motor might be the problem.
It could be water damage. i repair air ratchets and hammers for a living and if water gets in a tool it could rust it solid. Could be as simple as a rusted bearing to the air motor being seized.
do you have a different battery that is good to make sure its not the charger or impact that is bad? i have a blue point ratchet that i thought had a bad battery but it ended up being a bad trigger switch on the ratchet. call snap on and ask for the repair centers phone number and talk to...
im a fan of the far2500 and far7200 not only from a user point of view but they're also easier to repair then most models in my opinion. im not a fan of the far25. seems like its not a matter of if it will brake but only a matter of when will it brake. that bushing in the housing always comes...

hey guys im new to this site and came across this thread thought maybe i could help. all snap on air ratchets have the same grease fitting in the direction selector knob on the head of the ratchet.
