If I had it to do over, I wouldn't epoxy. When the slab gets poured and after setting up, cover it with roofing paper while the builder finishes. Get a good acid stain, make sure it's acid. Should take about 3 gallons. Follow directions to a T. After that get a good sealer and be done with it...
