i live in galveston co. south of you but that sounds kinda high i just had a 10x40 pad to store my carhauler and bike trailer off the grass and it was $1100, and a buddy just had a 30x40 with a 10x10 side room for a head and it was only $4400 and both included dirt work and rebar.
