Humidity was pretty high

No it did not rain...it was 100 degrees the day before when we did the etching and washed it off..we applied it early in the morning next day which was over 12 hours from when we did the etching it was in upper 80 ' s to low 90's

I used the Valspar garage floor paint kit. I etched and then painted the floor.after a few hours a white film showed up in various parts of the floor..this is a new house nothing been in garage..what can I do to get this to go away..do I reapply over? Looking for advice
