I have searched over at http://www.vintagemachinery.org and so far haven't found anything about the MSA yet

Gentlemen I just acquired an old Craftsman 130-23130 drill press at an estate sale. In looking online mine appears to have 3rd pully in the center as a speed reducer. Does anyone have any information on this ? Any help would be greatly appreciated
