    After 3 days of below freezing with lows in the teens the little Dayton kept the shop, 30X40, at 38 degrees on the lowest setting. I turned it up to the low setting and stayed in the shop for a couple of hours and it got up to 48 when it was 22 outside. I am waiting for another really cold day...

    Hello from Oklahoma... This is a great site and I'm glad I found it. Helped my decision to buy a Dayton heater for the shop that will make working in the winter so much better. :beer:

    I just ordered a G 73 for my 30X40 insulated shop. I hope it will keep it warm enough by itself. The celing is 14 feet at the center. It seems like alot of space for the little heater to heat but from what I've read here it sounds like it will do just fine. I don't go to the shop if it's below...

    Newbie here, been lurking for a while and really appreciate the info on heaters. It doesn't stay real cold in Oklahoma but has at times been below zero and then I just stay in the house. My 1200 square foot shop is insulated but has no heat. I think the way for me is two G 73's, one on each end...
