I have the 624 as well. Did a predator repower 224cc with a little larger pulleys in each and impeller upgrade. Works great. Mine had motor seized, then wouldn't go forward or backward with new motor, then reverse and forward wouldn't work. I replaced the motor then took apart transmission...
