I agree. This will still happen if you don’t allow adequate dry time before and after top coat. I have seen this especially when more than 1 application of top coat has been applied.

How long did you wait for it to cure before driving on it? It could have possible been this or if the didn’t give enough time for the base to cure before applying the top coat. I’ve seen this happen before. Exspecially if when there was a high moister content in the slab or air.

I’ve done all my houses and garages with radiant heat my current new garage/car shop pics are attached 5” of concrete is plenty. It all falls back to your sub base. The concrete will only be as strong as what is supporting it.
