I read that PET_G is more shop gas/oil ect resisant that ABS, so today I printed a toxic green textured handle of PET-G. I didn't noticed the texture was on the inside as well., since the texture was "subtractive" left very little surface area.. SO..... some .010" alum shim material and a 12T...

this is the 3/8", non-locking spinner I have.. I may do a 3/8" locking.. next..

I hacked a Williams 12" locking extension. Drilled a .040" hole to remove the locking collar using a paper clip. Pressed into handle and reassembled. *** NOTE** use plastic bag trick during disassembly (ASK ME HOW I KNOW)

I would give it a try.. I have a qidi q1 pro and had some ABS to use.

yeah, it's plenty tight.

I wanted a longer 1/4" , so I 3d printed a handle from ABS with the proper hole(s) and press fit a 14" craftsman extension.

This generator has one.. see attached.. I'll fire it up again and check the Hz at couple different throttle positions

Hope this thread is not to old to bring back to life.. I have a similar but different issue.. I bought a used valsi 5500 watt generator with no tank for $80.. taking a chance on everything.. The guy said the tank rusted out and he took it off.. the carb was all corroded and the jet was 100%...
