I am from a long line of lumbermen since the Revolutionary War. Although I have become somewhat of a Jack of All Trades, my main thing has always been something to do with wood and lumber. ( although those guys back in 1777 were stealing and ****** the land of its natural resources, flora and fauna both, I am a bit more civilized, but the sawdust must be genetic. )
Brokered industrial lumber in the real world for 12 or 14 years in Portland, OR and Redding, CA and then went walkabout publishing ScyFy and survival books on MIcrofiche in Dallas.
Now for the last twenty five years or so have been a Kithcen cabinet/appliance dealer/designer in Taos, NM. Through in a dash of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, machining, contracting and now you have an old guy doing a 10 year remodel of a white elepahant in a non existant real estate market. Two exes, friends with one and three kids who appear to be surviving well enough.
In a nutshell it is ..... cracked and a bit broken on the inside, but still enjoyable and tasty!
