Strange. I've used this before and it ALWAYS seems to dry out within 2000 miles. Cleaned/dried/lubed the calipers for a track day and it's dry after the session. Rinse, repeat and even on the street it would dry up pretty quickly. The move to Silicone grease is the right one.
