Bump. Had the top box certified to be Snap on by my Snap on guy. It is an old box that was originally red, and faded to orange. The old Snap on red is known to fade to orange. Inside the lid its bright red! $ 900.00 is updated price or make offer for both. - John

Astute observation by snaparxon! The top box could indeed be Mac. There is no serial number on the back. It is definitely Snap On / Mac / Matco quality however. The big box I found a serial # behind some stickers. It is a KRA398A. So again, snaparoxon knows his ****! Not sure the difference...
