I am in Southwest PA? Closest city is Washington, PA. I have a question. I was asked about a light, and do not think this jack has one. Can it still be a S4?

I have been givens hat I think is a 50+ year old Blackhawk S4 floor jack which I would like to sell. Still in great working order I was told. Any ideas????
