In my opinion, you should go with Fixed storage cabinets because if you are planning to build 6ft height cabinets and with this height, your mobile cabinet can face stability concerns.

The cabinet looks in good condition as per the images. I hope shelves of this lista cabinet still slide in and out, and a good deal for $50.

I'd say this lista cabinet is looking great now in the last picture. Looks like you had a great trip. You can fix a butcher block top on top to hide the imperfections. I want to see the painted pictures!

I have set up a workshop and used Lista cabinets. I really like Lista products. It is heavy even without tools but still, I want more lista cabinets. I don't have good knowledge about MAC & Snap-On.

We have 2 SnapOn, 4 Lista, 2 Vidmar. We prefer Vidmar or Lista for tool storage because drawers seem smoother than SO and the finish is better. Planning to sell SO to buy more Lista or Vidmar.
