    kerosene heater

Just like handyman163, I have one similar to the one pictured and do a yearly routine of dry-burning and cleaning the wick if reusing vs replacing. Also if there is moisture in the kerosene a drop or two of denatured alcohol will help allowing it to burn cleaner. the water will clog the wick...

Cooling my garage/Adding additional 220v outlets

Which way do the garage doors face? At work our roll up door for delivery face the sun for most of the day and it wasn't insulated - boy did it get hot in that area (on some days you did have to be too close to it to feel the heat radiate off it). Over the winter we picked up some 'perma-r"...

    AC condenser service

    Shed Build 12 x 16

Can't wait to see it all finished. It looks like it is coming along nicely. I have to replace a metal shed that was blown off it's foundation during a freak windstorm last month. This is giving me some ideas and inspiration.

Help - Losing sleep over new construction problem

I have a mold problem from a leaky pipe that sprayed water on floor joists in our crawl space for an unknown length of time( pretty nasty looking). I am going to use one of two products that I have heard good things about. One is zymeaway (online at www.zymeaway.com) and the other being...
