29 years Airframe & Powerplant mechanic (crew chief) for American Airlines and shop steward IAM. Worked piston aircraft and various jet transports from BAC 111 thru B 767. I love the smell of JP-4 and JP8 kerosene exhaust in the morning. Shade tree weekend auto mechanic. I like working on cars and classic trucks too.
