Thanks! I am not 100% certain but I don't believe it is load bearing. My assumption(which may be wrong) is that the units are likely only 19' wide so that the can use 20' beams and the common walls are load bearing. This makes sense to me but doesn't mean it is correct. It may be hard to tell...
