Found the invoices from this project. The parallam was $311, the Simpson column caps were $90 ea x2, the T&G ply was $220, and the rest of the lumber came out to ~$400. Toss in fasteners and grand total was probably around $1250. Not bad for ~220+ square feet of "wasted space"!
