Phase 1 Cleared the lot with a Hydro Ax. Next to mark out where the house and driveway will go and bring in the dozers. Front right side of the lot looking towards the back. Half way back the lot looking towards the street.

We just polished up the house. Added front porch railing, Shutters, 10ft tall Stone all around, 2ft Stone on bottom of porch pillars. It was mostly the chairman of the HOA telling the 3 other member that i meet all requirements and that they can not deny my house because they don't like it...

Well it took 2 trys but the HOA finally approved us. We did have to make some changes to the house and the look of it.

We did change the door to the garage to the front of the house.

Thank you on the toilet door. Maybe doing a sliding barn door would be better? but I will bring it to my architect's attention.

Little update. We got some presentation plans to show the HOA for a soft approval. Our rep. Said the house looked good and he didn't see any problems with it other than maybe the metal siding. He was going to call around and ask if this would be a problem since no one has asked or proposed the...
