Epoxy floor and welding
Some Polyaspartics claim to be safe from spatter. I have not personally had experience with them but most if not all urethanes will leave burn marks. Thanks

Still have dust!
I have good luck with a microfiber type dust mop. It is about 18" wide with washable pads.
