Its the Bacoeng 3/4". It returns to the NC position on spring pressure and I wondered if the air pressure stopped it from fully seating. I closed the manual valve and then operated it. Didn't seem to make a difference. I soapy-water tested what you can see and no leaks there.

Hello GJ experts, My garage has hot/cold plumbed in to an inside wall and I think it needs a rebuild. You have to crank it so tight to stop the flow I am worried the shaft or packing will break. Are these rebuild-able? Does anyone know if they are a common type? There are no names or model...
