fire departments hate painted covers. apparently its hard for them to find in an emergency.
That said, I would paint it but make it stand out even more!
my building is 50x104 with 16 ft sides. I used vapor barrier, foam, taped seams then radiant tubes.
This will be the second season running, I had no problems last winter with condensation or sweating issues.
i bought an Atlas pro 9 lift last fall. I really thought I wanted a Bendpak but the wait time was longer than I wanted to wait.
i bought another Atlas last week....well made for the money and does everything I need it to do!
I'd be hard pressed to pay $3k for that. If you look, you'll find a nice used epic box that is years ahead of that one in comfort with the drawer slides etc...for a very comparable price!
do you have a LKQ store in your area? they sell caps parts as well as value line. Value line is the harbor freight of aftermarket parts. sometimes it'll fit...sometimes it won't.
If the part doesn't fit to your liking then return it or complain...96% if you complain they'll give you the caps...

i have 2 lifts. one is a Snap On mid rise lift, the other is an Atlas pro 9000.
the mid rise is awesome for most jobs, its a scissor lift that raises about 50 inches and I use it all the time for detailing and brake jobs etc. the 9000 is a 4 post lift that can be rolled around as the need...
I looked at a bunch of them. backyard buddy is nice, rather pricey but I do think they're well built.
I looked at Advantage, not bad either-in fact my dad purchased an 11k hoist and is happy with it.
I looked at Direct-lift...definately a little on the cheaper end as far as quality build...
Boiler is a Phantom 120 by Crown. Air purge is mounted on top of expansion tank. Tank is mounted about an inch away (out)from the mounting panel. The boiler is a direct vent so I will vent it out the side wall about 3 feet up. I'm going to mout the taco (503) to the right of the boiler and run...
