Look up “spline drive” wrenches and sockets. I have several sets of these made by Wurth. I have no issues using these but some claim they can damage certain types of hardware in various states of rust / corrosion.
I have many and as others have said, Fluke, and Fluke for testing meaningful electrical diagnosis.
That said…my Sanwa is still my favorite general meter:
