    I use a jigsaw on bigger trim and for base shoe and quarter round I use a sanding drum in my dremel. Both work great.

    LED Lighting for your Garage

    External (or outdoor) rated CFLs are coated so if the bulb breaks the hazardous waste (mercury) inside the bulb doesn't leak all over. That isn't an issue for LED bulbs. That's the way I understand it anyway.

    The existing outlet in my garage was only 15 amp so I ran a whole new 20 amp circuit from the breaker box with surface mounted boxes/conduit.

    Our house isn't very large, and all of the vents are along the exterior walls of the house. There aren't any in the middle to close. I have tried playing with closing some vents in an attempt to force more air into that room, but it doesn't seem to help much.
