    FINALLY...Started building new garage today!

It's good that the slab got poured before the real bad weather comes. It would be nice to get the top on within the next two weeks. Keep up the good work.

That's such a great use of space. I am going to add a lean-to on one side, later on. I can put the trailer and hopefully a tractor under it. How soon till you start your shop?

Mike I just looked at your pics, great shop. I didn't realize your shop was already finished. With only 24" to put the door in, that only leaves you with about 21" with framing? The only thing I can think of is if you could hang one of your trusses off two other trusses. I've seen this done with...

The middle of the truss is 2x10 and the outside is 2x6. It is designed to use as normal living space. I asked about what I could put up there and they just said that I can't stack a bunch of motors and stuff up there. They didn't seem to concerned about using it as storage. I's sure if I was...

Thanks, I does seem to keep going up in price. I am doing most all the work, so it helps to keep it manageable. It is starting to get rainy around here, so getting it enclosed is a priority. I will post some new pics once I get a little more work done. Steve

I just found this site today and thought I would share some pictures. I am not done with the shop yet. It is 36x60 with 12' tall walls. There is an attic space that is 16'x60'. I hope to have it enclosed soon. [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG]
