A knife that I can't find any info on. Appears to be a #1 handle with a roller (possibly a bearing) at the end of the handle. Any idea of age or purpose of the roller.

What if you insert a length of round foam (like a pool noodle but smaller) in the side that is not making contact. On My garage door the bottom gasket is open at both ends.
