I'm Steven I hired a guy to build ' me a 30by 40 she'd with a 10 foot door to store my tools and compact tractor I had a concrete floor put in but I wish I would have him install a vapor barrier and electric heat in it as well and a floor drain. None of these were important to me at the time...
