When I built my shop I used 6x6 pt timbers, and some of them were twisted bad, had to get some replaced. I would use laminated over the regular 6x6. On that note, is there a place to purchase pre-laminated 6x6 post?

Hi, looking good, are you going to heat the whole garage or just the inner framed room? Also what R rating is the white insulation they put on under the steel? I'm looking to add onto my shop, and was looking at a Heritage kit. Thanks, Steve.

Any updates on this project? I am watching this one to see if you put the rigid foam between the girts or run it over them.

Building is looking good, I'm right down the road from you in Mead. Did you go with a 4" or 6" slab? And did you finish out at 12' to bottom of the truss after pouring the slab? I just got my Direct Lift 4 post a couple weeks ago, your gonna really like having one at home.

Do you now who the manufacture of the steel building was or was it a kit or did you pc. part it? It is looking good. Thanks
