Back in 2000, my dad and I built a 22' x 28' garage. Built our own trusses (8/12 pitch), matched it to the Victorian house, used cedar lap siding and fish scale in the peaks. Did the electrical myself. Did not insulate it or sheath the inside. Only thing I hired out was the cement work...
