    dubber's double

Try using 2oz of soap it's 1/4 cup. I measured mine out into the bottle and marked it with a permanent marker for ease of measuring. Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk

    dubber's double

What size pressure washer are you using? It also depends what soap. I'm using a 3200psi washer with a Ricardo foam cannon. If I used chemical guys citrus wash and gloss, I use 2oz in the foam cannon and 1oz in my wash bucket. The problem is my car is cquartz coated and that soap screws with...

    Show off your lifts!!!

Not only would I, but I have as has most racedeck users with 4 post hoists. I don't have mine bolted down though. If it were a 2 post you can't do that. Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk

    Show off your lifts!!!

Incorrect. 90% of people put the hoists on the floor. Just make sure you set the hoist on the floor in the middle of a hot day. Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk

    Racedeck tuffshield vs regular

That's hard to say. I think the gloss does hide some of the scuffs and scratches. I think the regular would have faired just as badly. I think this is more of a color (primarily black) issue as my alloy still looks mint. Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk

    Racedeck tuffshield vs regular

So I've had the floor down for a few months now and I've cleaned it a few times as well. I thought I'd share some things I've noticed with the tuffshield. First off cleaning. I tried probably a dozen different cleaners and techniques from car soap to floor cleaners. None worked well. The only...

    Racedeck heaving!

I fully understand what's going on and how to fix it. I just wish I had've know this before I laid the flooring in November since my hoist will not go out my garage door. I hope I'm able to lift the hoist off the floor on a hot day enough to flatten it out and set the hoist back down. Now I have...

    Racedeck heaving!

You are correct. The floor and the hoist were both installed in November. I did however leave the required space at the walls. I even went to the extent of gaping the baseboard from the floor to allow the expansion. I'm going to assume the hoist is the biggest culprit. I'll try letting the floor...

    Racedeck heaving!

It probably really isn't. The good think with mine is there won't often be a car parked on it with the door up. The upside to a southern facing house is I can wash my car on a nice day in January not freeze my *** off and the driveway will dry while my neighbour is shivering with a frozen beer...

    Racedeck heaving!

So the warm weather is finally here so I got my first opportunity to open the garage to find 10 mins later this happened..... Soo, I assume the hoist not letting it expand is doing this. My only idea is to cut the racedeck out from under the posts and leave a bit of a gap around it to...
