Beer recycling device is finally installed

Very nice! I have two full size kegs I don't know what I am going to do with yet. BTW, my first snappy box was the KR557. And also, I escaped hellinois to mid south TN, and I am so jealous seeing your Menards tools! Lowes absolutely bites big time!

Vibration Isolation Feet for Air Compressor?

I am going to put a stall pad (thick rubber mat) under mine. I am not going to bolt it at all because I need to move it from the wall to change the belt. 5hp, 80 gal Champion vertical.

    4-post lift questions

I installed a BendPak 14X last year and I had the choice of the left front or the right rear. I chose the right rear simply because I figured I would need more clear space while working under the hood of a vehicle vs. work on the rear of a vehicle. My thought were correct for me.

BendPak P-9000LT Low Rise Lift Concrete Floor Requirements

If you were to lift your car, with two small floor jacks, I'm pretty sure the concrete will hold up. Now, with much more ground contact and distribution of weight with that lift....... I would not worry at all.

BendPak P-9000LT Low Rise Lift Concrete Floor Requirements

Looking at that first picture of the lift, I would just use whatever anchors they give you. I really can't see any type of movement except a sliding motion if you were to stop fast on the lift, if even that. Last year I installed a HD14X, 14K lb, 4 post lift in my shop. There are a lot of guys...

    Digital/TechAngle Torque Wrenches

I will have to see if I have my old service manuals. Those were pretty reliable engines, so most of the vehicles I was working on were from the late 80's early 90's, for engine work. I'm not doubting you, I do remember when the manual angle gauges became popular, but I didn't own one until...

BendPak P-9000LT Low Rise Lift Concrete Floor Requirements

IN MY OPINION It is not that critical to worry about the anchors. All they are doing is keeping it in place, from sliding. I personally wouldn't worry about the .24" for support. IF I were to worry about it, I am the type that would probably pick up a piece of 1/2" steel plate and place it...

    Digital/TechAngle Torque Wrenches

Any idea what year this started? I was an Oldsmobile mechanic in the early 90's and I don't remember the degree spec.

    Torque wrench storage

In the blow molded case in a tool box drawer, backed off to the lowest torque rating (not to the stop limit). I have the older, early 90's, click type, but I don't use them enough to justify the new fancy ones.

Pricing help for a Snap On KRL1003

Mine has no rust. As i said, a few of the drawers are stiff, oh and some of the drawer slide retainers are broke, but it's a great box.

Pricing help for a Snap On KRL1003

I bought the same box about a year and a half ago for around $1500 off ebay. A few of the drawers are really sticky, I am hoping if I keep lubing them the will eventually work free. I actually kinda regret the purchase because the top drawer is not deep enough for my 1/2 drive deep sockets to...

The most bad *** tool is...

I have seen/heard it. I wouldn't try it. But, I don't use acetylene any more. I've been using propane for about 25 years.
