Regarding RaceDeck, wouldn't I still want to get the concrete sealed in some way before putting the tiles down?

I am in the process of buying a newly built house with a newly built garage. I'd like to put something down to protect the concrete, but I'm unsure of what to use. RaceDeck, epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, porcelain tile...? I'm not much of a handyman, so anything except the RaceDeck I would...
