Any Real World Success Stories With BallistiX?

So mines been down about 2 years. No tries marks, no peeling. Water and fluids never soak in so im happy. I was one of the folks who used. Sacrificial coat of the sealer opposed to a primer. Don't do that. Just prime it. I still intend on doing a refresh on this floor to see if I cant get a...

Four post lift big enough to park your super duty under

Bluf: I custom made spacers to get an extra 1.25 inches of height on my advantage ss 11000 wd Just want to give back to this group some more. I had lots of suggestions when it came to 4 post Lifts but I had to do a few extra things to make it tall enough to fit my Tremor underneath. Extra pad...

    Anyone have a 4-post lift for a 2017+ Superduty?

I realize this is an old thread but I have a solution for this. Made some custom lock extenders for the advantage 11k lift. Have 84.25 inches of clearance now. Big enough for my 250 tremor to fit under.

Advantage Lifts and crew cab trucks

Resurrecting this thread- i really wanted a lif tall enough to park my truck underneath since its not my daily driver. my f250 tremor sits at 83.5 inches because of the stupid sunroof. Did any of you with the Advantage 9k or 11k add the extended locks that add an inch of clearance? I'm...

40x40 hillside garage with mezzanine-in progress updates!

Oh yeah man, as you saw covid totally screwed prices, right when I was kicking this thing off. My steel prices went from 18k to 44k so I had to scrap the original plan. It would have also cost me an extra 25k in concrete so the decision to excavate down was the most cost effective way to go...

    Ballistix Protective Sealer/Coating

wow this surprises me. Even on my application (I have a seperate thread and video documenting) where it wasn't a perfect cosmetic result, there is superb fluid resistance (hydrophobic). Water will sit for days and I've put trans fluid and gas on it, and it wipes right off. I even put it on a...

    My experience with BallistiX

1600 sq feet (two coats so 3200 coverage), with pads and sanding disks and 1 week rental of the buffer was about $1400. I had 1 full gallon that i didn't need so that would have saved over $300. If I recall, one gallon (~$350) covers about 1100sq ft.

    My experience with BallistiX

I have 1 gallon left if you want it. Its still got a few weeks of shelf life left. warrenton.

    My experience with BallistiX

Not really but I can tell you how to get it better than mine. My concrete was too porous. Use the primer. I underestimated how little time it took to do 400 sq ft. I was afraid I would not be able to prime and then coat within 10 min. I know now rhis stuff goes down easy and fast. Make sure...

    My experience with BallistiX

I recently used BallistiX on my 1600 sq ft pad and documented the install. It did not go perfect but I would still recommend it!

40x40 hillside garage with mezzanine-in progress updates!

Creeping along with progress! I've finished all the trim work with exception of the vinyl baseboard trim on the pad. Ill do that after I seal the concrete. I installed vinyl on the mezzanine and stairs and installed my gym floor on top of that. Hvac is fully operational and im running a...
