Very nice cart. I just picked up a 3 wheel cart similar except is open and has 3 shelves and yellow in color. Like the add. There were no tools with it so I was planning on sandblasting and repainting. Luckily they are made with about 10 Ga steel, so the rust spotscan be easy to fill.
