How are the regular mac torx / hex sockets ( not the RBRT )? Are they a step above VIM or relatively the same?

Just received my Koken metric 3/8” standard & deep sets. Is this normal for there to be such a difference in the finish on the broaching of the inner wells between the standard & deep sets? Thanks.

I ordered a 3/8 set of sockets from a certified Williams USA distributor ( not amazon ) and a few of them came with rust.

Do you prefer the zeal sockets or their standard sockets? Looking to purchase a set.

I ordered a Williams USA 3/8 metric socket set ( zoro.com) & received them yesterday and to my surprise, they were filled with rust. Found a few videos on youtube of people having the same issue with brand new sets of Willams USA sockets. Is this a normal occurrence for Williams USA?
