    Sound bar under ceiling drywall?

Those Iso clips are the bomb for eleminating sound transfer (nothing to do with fire rating). I just built a sound room in a basement for a guy who was in a band and now he and the 4 others in the band can practice in the room in his basement and up stairs it just sound like a person watchin TV...

Making an extension cord with 10-3 wire

Can you install the compressor in/or just outside the house and run the hose from the house to the garage? And then you only need a 110 120 ft extension cord which seems a little more doable, since running electric to the out building permenantly is not an option. Just my .02 Good luck.

Luckily we had room to do a 3rd car garage and that gave me the added space we needed for the toys and work bench. One thing...

    Leaving air in a compressor

I leave mine pressurized, just not on. Reason being is that mine is located right inside my garage door. 2 winters ago the wife opened the garage door and the cold air compressed the air in the tank and kicked the compressor on. Only it didn't fully come on and burned up the motor. I didn't...

    freakin ****!!!!!

I agree with BILKO1. The look of the black areas on the insulation suggest air movement from the garage into the walls and not mold. The areas around the outlet and up the bottom of the wall are, in my opinion, from the exhaust of the vehicle(s) that were started in the garage and any other...
