I noticed a few threads about mezzanines—seems like a lot of people are curious about options and costs, so I figured I’d chime in with what I know and some ideas/insights. Hope that's ok.

We work across the lower 48 states. We handle the full process—design, engineering, fabrication, and shipping—and our crews handle installation on site. Basically, we provide a turnkey solution from start to finish.

We include that in our overall per sq ft price, but average is $3-3.5k

Load capacity and design complexity are big factors, most of our mezzanines are 125 lbs/sqft, average is say $60 / sq ft installed includes stairs, railings, etc. All bolt on site, no welding.
