Chinese counterfeit Sunex Tools 2645 sold by Zoro

I have obtained the same seemingly counterfeited product Shipped and Sold by Amazon as well. This now has me on the edge about whether outsourced Sunex Tools to mainland China is being sold under now "outdated" Taiwanese pictures or the product is really a Chinese counterfeit.

Chinese counterfeit Proto J5260-06L sold by Amazon

The authentic Proto J5260-06L has markings on both the extension and locking ring. The bag in which it comes features the company logo. The Chinese counterfeit's only marking is the material described as "CHROME VANADIUM". The product is suspiciously light weight and lacks any rounding or...

Air compressor fills up, slowly leaks for a couple hours, then retains pressure level below maximum capacity

Weather outside has been in the 30s (Farenheit) every time I ran the compressor. I usually run the compressor outdoors.

All the other comments appeared to miss the fact I already put on a new check valve. The compressor takes around 4 minutes to fill from...

Acquired a used oil-less air compressor (Craftsman 919.167312). The compressor would not fill up in a reasonable amount of time. Replaced the: piston seal, piston chamber, and intake valve plate assembly with everything torqued down to manual specifications. The compressor would now fill...

I accidentally opened up a link while researching the cause of the recall and stumbled upon a document detailing the replacement parts that come with the repair kit (see document attached). The replacement part no. is N176201. As stated in prior comments the replacement part is just the shroud...
