Is Milton good for water separators and filters?

I haven't tried Milton, but can spit out some alternatives should you need them: What about (IR) ARO? I tend to like SMC. Automation Direct has some good ones too.

    Zoro Deals Thread

They've also stopped sending me good codes. It seems that once you start ordering, they dial back the promos. The best I've gotten has been 10% via email, or 15% of I browse around on a different computer or browser.

Craftsman USA Factory - Bad News

Source? $730M seems like a gross underestimate. SBD 2022 Revenue: $13.3 BILLION TTI 2022 Revenue: $16.9 BILLION Neither company breaks things down by brand in financial reporting. If $730M is an estimate, it's a very bad one; I'm sure Milwaukee contributes more than 4.5% towards TTI's total...

Craftsman USA Factory - Bad News

That's what he said. The same exec quoted USA vs import percentages to me when SBD relaunched the Craftsman brand years ago. I like to think they will continue to advocate for USA production. Am I convinced the company is moving in this direction? Not until actions demonstrate their intent.

How about another Craftsman USA sneak peek?

It is not erroneous. I spoke to the President of Hand Tools this afternoon.

Craftsman USA Factory - Bad News

I thought you guys would want to know asap - Craftsman is discontinuing operations at the new Fort Worth Texas factory. From what I was told, tools produced there will be available at existing Craftsman distributors, but I don't have details beyond this. As I understand it, the factory isn't...

Why did tool cabinets get so expensive?

https://toolguyd.com/what-will-happen-to-pricing-of-tool-chests-cabinets-combos-and-mobile-workbenches/ Before rising material and freight costs, tariffs forced the redesign of a lot of mobile workbenches and tool cabinets. That's why it's hard to find 18" deep cabinets anymore, because brands...

    Cross Force Wrenches

I vaguely remember buying a set of the Craftsman CrossForce, only to return them due to chrome defects and poor surface finish. When I went to buy a replacement, all of the sets on the peg had similar issues. I don't know how long they were on the market for, but that could be why the Craftsman...

3/8 cordless drill with chuck key?

Some of the pricier drills have really good chucks that don't slip, and if you want you can swap in your own keyless (or keyed) chuck with some of them. I don't recall seeing any cordless drills with keyed chucks in recent years, aside from the mixers and heavy duty right angle stud/joist drills.

Is there an LED bulb that is "safe" for garage door openers?

Yes. I use a standard bulb in one opener with no ill effects, and installed a Sylvania bulb to my new opener. I'll be putting one in the other opener when I get the chance. Some brands have compatibility charts, e.g...

    PSA- Wedding ring safety

If I'll be working in any capacity, no ring. I might eventually look into silicone options though.
