I have the same problem. I checked into Thermotraks also and they don't answer the phone or reply to email so if you need help, you're probably out of luck. If I come across a solution, I'll post it here.

I can't slide the bottom seal off the door. Anyone know where the dimples are located that are holding the seal in place and how to get the seal off the door? I can't find any youtube videos that show this. The only how-tos I could find are how to replace the whole bottom metal bracket that...
